Origin Storage, manufacturer and distributor of IT storage solutions, has announced the launch of the NAS N299 from Thecus. This high-tech storage solution offers users <A HREF="http://dpnow.com/4464.html">up to Two Terabytes (2000GB) capacity</A> to share and enjoy digital music, video and photo files across a shared home network. The N299 comes with many of the same features and functionality as previous premium NAS systems. It comprises of Two 3.5-inch SATA hard disk bays, speedy USB 2.0 ports making storage expansion easy, Gigabit Ethernet ports ensuring speedy access to stored data, as well as the option to have a wireless USB dongle. Users will also have the luxury of choosing between RAID 0, 1 or JBOD depending on their needs.
