Visioneer announced a significant enhancement to its <A HREF="http://dpnow.com/4466.html">RoadWarrior mobile scanners</A> with the incorporation of Visioneer OneTouch with Kofax Virtual ReScan technology that automatically improves the image quality of faded or degraded original documents. VRS technology is not simply bundled in as a separate application but, more important, directly integrated into the Visioneer OneTouch scanner software. As a result, any document scanned will automatically receive VRS image enhancement, providing the user with superior quality images scanned in one simple step.
