
<p>BLACKSTONE The Diverdors dive club, a small informal group of men andwomen who share a common interest in the sport of scuba diving, is looking for help.</p><p>Since its inception in 1961, the non-profit club has promoted andencouraged interest in underwater diving sports. All club members arenationally certified scuba divers, from Open Water to Divemaster. The Dive Club has always been available to proffers services, knowledge and general assistance to and with local civic and municipal organizations engaged in aquatic safety, rescue and recovery operations.</p><p>"The Diverdors dive club is a small informal group of men and women that share a common interest in the sport of scuba diving," says club member Richard Savaria. "Our member's interests are numerous and varied. From lobster hunting and spear-fishing, to deep wreck-diving, bottle hunting and underwater photography, we have members that dive daily as well as members that dive a few times a year. Our numbers include instructors and newly certified divers."</p><p>The club also owns a 5000 psi breathable air compressor located at theBlackstone Fire Department that provides breathable air supportingfirefighting, rescue and dive operations to the Blackstone Fire Department and area public safety organizations.
