Here come the judge, Barack’s BlackBerry, David does CNN, and more

Today has been an interesting day, and it comes on the heals of a week that’s been an interesting week. There was big news in the battle to save White House email, an ongoing discussion about whether President-elect Obama can keep his precious BlackBerry, and more. The boss doesn’t want to brag, so he won’t tell you that he’s been featured on CNN.com four times in the last week, twice today alone.
