<p>For a while now, Canon has offered online resources to available teach those who may be unfamiliar with, well, taking photos. In what could be called a welcome addition to already-available resources, the company has launched what they call 'Canon EOS 101: Photography and Videography Basics'.It's a free gallery that comprises 13 videos in all, covering principal topics like shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. Additional videos cover topics like metering, autofocus, white balance, shooting modes, and yes, flash.</p><p>Of course, there are a few other topics covered in the series, "perfect for capturing the memorable moments of the upcoming summer months and beyond," according to Canon. They are: downloading images, file types, video basics, and components of exposure.</p><p>The series of videos are great for the folks who are really quite unfamiliar with how to use a camera or need to brush up on their skills. Best of all, a great deal of the information relayed through these videos are applicable on camera systems other than Canon.
