(Dan Barker/Fort Morgan Times) (Picasa)Almost 300 people shopped the new Farmers Market in Fort Morgan on its opening day last Thursday -- and local businesses are welcome to come set up for free this coming Thursday.</p><p>Located in the 100 block of West Beaver Avenue in the downtown area, the market offered booths that sold produce, pottery and essential oils on its first day, and more booths are expected on future Thursdays.</p><p>"It's doing really well," said Sandy Johnson, manager of the Morgan Community College Hector Varela Memorial Community Garden.</p><p>People gathered around each booth to check out what they offered, and came away with some nice products.</p><p><a href="http://www.fortmorgantimes.com/fort-morgan-local-news/ci_23669757/fort-morgan-farmers-market-opens">Keep reading...</a></p>
