<p>CANON CITY, Colo. A Canon City Councilman has pleaded not guilty to harassing an older couple.</p><p>The Canon City Daily Record reports (http://bit.ly/18sHxDg ) Colby Katchmar pleaded not guilty Friday to third-degree assault against an at-risk adult, misdemeanor harassment and disorderly conduct as a petty offense.</p><p>Katchmar was charged after 70-year-old Robert Martin and his wife, Margene, alleged Katchmar called them foul names and tried to block them from leaving a business May 30.
