<p>Richard "Grey" Liston, 28, of Portland, died Saturday morning after falling from the summit peak of Mount Olympus in Washington, according to Olympic National Park officials.</p><p>Liston was the drummer and founder of Smash Bandits, a Portland ska band, said Joey Donohue, the band's guitar player and singer.</p><p>Liston was climbing with one companion on the east face of Mount Olympus' 7,980-foot summit peak when he fell around 7:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the national park.</p><p>Other climbers, including a paramedic, reached Liston and confirmed that he died.</p><p><a href="http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2013/07/richard_grey_liston_smash_band.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
