
<p>Dryden, N.Y. -- A Tompkins County man was arrested after taking photos containing child pornography and uploading them to Flickr, federal prosecutors allege in court documents filed last week.</p><p>Paul Mangum Sr., 67, town of Dryden, faces federal charges of producing child pornography. He also faces charges of first-degree child abuse, promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.</p><p>Mangum is being held in the Tompkins County Jail on $100,000 bail. He appeared in court on Sept. 17. He made the child pornography on Aug. 15 and Aug. 21, federal prosecutors say.</p><p>Law enforcement began investigating Mangum after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children learned that a Flickr user had uploaded several images that appeared to contain child pornography.</p><p><a href="http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2013/09/prosecutors_say_tompkins_county_man_uploaded_child_pornography_to_flickr_account.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
