Mark Dayton, Olympus Surgical Technologies America representatives, its vendors and Brooklyn Park officials will turn shovels of dirt Friday to kick off construction of a 180,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility.</p><p>I broke the news in October about the Olympus facility Ryan Cos.
