
<p>Softpedia.com published a report on 11th January, 2014 quoting a warning by security experts as "spam emails purporting to be from 'Picasa' are currently targeting innocent Internauts."</p><p>Notably, Picasa is an image managing system owned by Google.</p><p>The spam emails entitled "We add new photos to your album" informing recipients that several images have been added to their album and when the "View albums" button is pressed, the user is taken to a shady pharmacy website known as a Canadian Pharmacy.</p><p>Actually the emails don't come from Picasa.
