This 16-megapixel compact-system camera is the latest in Fujifilm's X range. The sensor, with the low pass filter removed to improve sharpness, is the same as used in the more expensive X-Pro 1 and X-E1. The difference with this camera is the absence of an optical or electronic viewfinder. The high-resolution tilting LCD is the viewfinder. The classic styling of the X series is applied to this cheaper model, which comes with a 16mm-50mm kit zoom. It is easily controlled in one hand. The built-in flash pops up clear of the body and can be manually tilted for bounce lighting. There is Wi-Fi for image transfer but not for camera control.

LIKE

JPEG images are excellent and RAW pictures are stellar.
