
<p>Once one of Eastman Kodak Co.'s key suppliers, Collins Ink Corp. has turned into a considerable legal adversary.</p><p>In a federal lawsuit filed last week, Collins Inkjet Corp. alleges that the Rochester-based printing and imaging company is illegally trying to stifle inkjet ink competition.</p><p>The litigation is the latest salvo in a battle between Kodak and Collins that dates nearly two years. Collins for years had been a maker of inks of Kodak's Versamark inkjet digital printing presses, with Kodak reselling the ink under its own brand.</p><p>Kodak sued Collins in October 2011, after Collins tried to end the decade-old supplier agreement.
