There are just two days to go before iOS 7 hits the streets ahead of new iPhones on Friday, and judging from the increasing volume of updates hitting our devices, developers have been working overtime to get their apps ready for Apple's latest mobile operating system. Let's kick off our weekend recap with one such up-and-coming release, shall we?Edovia Dishes on iOS 7-Ready Screens 3

One of our favorite ways to remotely access our Macs is Edovia's Screens, and the company finally let loose with some details over the weekend on its blog about when and how the next major version will be sold, including a trio of screenshots. The iOS 7-only Screens 3 is scheduled for release around Sept. 18, but existing users will have to pay $19.99 all over again to buy it, since the App Store doesn't offer any kind of paid upgrades. While the blog post is coy about actual details, Edovia did reveal that the current Screens 2 will no longer be sold, but should work just fine on iOS 7 and for the foreseeable future, for those who aren't ready to buy version 3.0 from scratch.Straight Talk Now Offers Prepaid AT&T 4G LTE

The Verge reported Friday that Walmart- and Tracfone-owned prepaid wireless provider Straight Talk is now offering 4G LTE service on AT&T's network. In order to tap into it, customers will have to purchase a new SIM card for $6.99, but after doing so they'll be able to live life in the fast lane with unlimited talk, text and data for only $45 per month even with an unlocked phone from AT&T. For iPhone 5 users, the news will be bittersweet: Straight Talk currently only offers standard and micro-SIM sizes and not the nano-SIM needed to make newer Apple handsets work with the service, and judging from a customer service inquiry about this dilemma, they won't be offering it for the foreseeable future.Adobe Photoshop Express 3.0 Integrates with Cloud-Based Revel

Adobe released version 3.0 of its free, universal Photoshop Express app late last week, introducing a new workflow with a streamlined user interface and loads of new Instagram-style filters for creating just the right look. Subscribers of the company's online photo service Revel will be particularly interested in this release, because Photoshop Express 3.0 now allows users to view, edit and share those photos as well as upload new images straight to the cloud without a second trip to the Revel app. Adobe Photoshop Express 3.0 is now available from the App Store.Padcaster Launches Kickstarter Campaign for iPad mini Model

Read also:

Adobe Photoshop Express for iOS 3.0 (V3.co.uk)

Explore: 2 additional articles.
