
<p>MANILA -- The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) is also now conducting its own probe whether Mark Joseph Solis, who recently admitted to passing off a winning photograph as his own, also did the same in a contest it sponsored in 2011.</p><p>In a statement, OPAPP legal and security unit head Jomer Aquino said they will not hesitate to exercise legal action against Solis if found guilty.</p><p>"Let it be known that Mr. Solis also won in the Say Peace Photo Contest sponsored by OPAPP in 2011. OPAPP is now conducting its own investigation in order to find out whether Mr. Solis has committed same infraction in the said contest.
